I haven't seen "The Question" done as a Poser character. Doesn't mean it hasn't been done, I've just never seen one. Still it probably wouldn't take much to do him.

Welp that blowed it right out of the water.  
I guess we can just morph his face with the puddy tool
and stick him in a Dick Tracey suit and there you are.  
Although it looks like he slept in it a day or two.

Putty tool is one solution. If you are a modeler you could create a faceless mask that I feel would give it a much better look.

You could Marv but you would still have to modify the nose to get it to look flat so I would think that smoothing the mesh in the nose and eyes along with mouth should work. There are different ways to work on this.
