I have been absent from almost everywhere for over a year now as my life has undergone some major changes. After being let go from my job for economic reasons it was a long hard winter at my house. I am finally getting my life back on track and am trying to get back to living life rather than just existing. Right now I am working for Council Games as their art director and I hold a seat on their board of directors having acquired 15% equity in the company through some crafty dealings on my part. I am also working toward starting my own company that will allow me to become financially independent.  Hopefully all of my hard work will start to pay off for me very soon. Anyway I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still alive. Hopefully I will have the time to post more often here and there as well.

Hi ACe!   Glad to see you back.   So what kind of business are you going to be in if I might ask? Also I know what it is like with the hardships. My family is still going with that everyday. But I am glad some of us manage to rise above it all. That is always a good thing.

I am actually working for Council Games producing the card game called Combat - Last man standing and I will be working on their future slated products; Web and Sands of the Pharaohs which will probably come out next year. The card game is different from most collectible card games in that you don't have to spend tons of money to compete with other people. We are releasing premium packs in about 6 months but they have the same abilities as the basic set cards. The collectible part is the artwork. Hopefully if everything works out I have a good 10 years with this company and I shouldn't have to worry too much about money so all is good.
