My neighbours are scary..... They have during the past 2 days carried out 19 bags of dirt to plant stuff in from their apartment. <br /> They don't have a garden..... they don't even have flowers on their balcony.... they live on the 3d floor.......what have they been doing with all the dirt..... <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_think.gif" alt="" />
