It's finally happened! The hard drive is full. It's time to fix it all up and find some space. I tried sifting through the files and folders and selectively deleting from the Poser librarys... yeah, right! <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_wall.gif" alt="" />
<br />
<br />
Same with all the other stuff. Much easier to delete it all and start from scratch.
<br />
<br />
Oh, well. Here we go. If I'm a but more absent than usual, you'll all know why <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
<br />
<br />
Wish me luck <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_shifty.gif" alt="" />

ozy, remember the runtime poser folder is a pack of all object model, geometries texture, props.. if you want you can make a copy of the runtime folder with the subfolder, and resore it in the next poser installation. poser 4 runtime for poser 4 and poser 5 runtime for poser 5...
<br />
Actualy i m working to a tool for switch to one runtime in another runtime...
<br />
i called it multi-runtime.... but at this moment is in pre pre pre pre pre alpha <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" />
<br />
is interesing if you have a standard runtime with your objects and if you want a test-runtime to for the new objects <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" />
<br />
<br />
sorry this post is OT in this thread <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" />
<br />

Thanks for the tip Ema. I had forgotten that. I'll burn it to a CD and put it back if I want it the way it was.

That's what friends are for <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" />

Good luck!! I had to delate my poser too a few months ago, but that was beacause my computer crached, not beacause it was full.

Ugh.. removing poser is like removing a limb, especially later when you realised how much you had installed <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_snooty.gif" alt="" />

Don't do that Ozy, when you'll erase all you'll remember that you haven't saved one important thing <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/heartbeat.gif" alt="" /> . The tip from Den is the right way <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_whistle.gif" alt="" />

One big problem. At the moment I run on a Sony Lap top, HD size is fixed and no room for more <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_boohoo.gif" alt="" />
<br />
<br />
Oh, to have my old maxi-tower Compaq, with four super-fast Hard Drives, from a few years ago when I was dabbling with digital film editing <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" /> those were the days.
<br />
<br />
But then, Poser and all my 'stuff' comes with me wherever I go <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_clap.gif" alt="" />

Why you stopped editing porn movies <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> ?
