The other reason is, I´m on a dial in , and when the box refreshes, it steals my bandwith while browsing the page, especially the galleries or uploading stuff. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_eh.gif" alt="" />

I removed the shoutbox from the album and forums, now it's only on the main page.
