ok!
So here are two types of body shapes that use the new Domus body morphs!
I tryed to cover pretty much the whole body...
I can send you a cr2 for test and suggestion about things that I might have forgot...

Wow!! thank you Pitklad for your work, it looks fantastic, Nea (both of them) are my prefered female characters, and now it looks as a big improvement for the old P4M the idea of a M2 UVs and a P4M UVs is great, your last picture really sugest me a lot of ideas for making superheros, unfortunately latelly I haven't much time to play with poser or DS; just a sugestion, if it would be posible could you add some empty INJ chanels to be able to do some full body morphs with Poser Little Helper? Nea have some nice morphs in the body but poor Domus don't, the morphs you show are fantastic

Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
Thanks rayera!

Actually there is an update... I'll make a .cr2 version of Domus with P4M mapping and an encoded version with Mike2 mapping (which will have the new face shape as default)

I've finished the body morphs at last!!! (65-70)

And now I'm working the head morphs... 30 new nose morphs till now...

Mike UVS still need work on the head and a tetxure is almost ready (I use it on the previews here)

I'll add empty channels on Domus but not planning on an injection version I don't know how poser Little Helper works... does it need those empty delta channels to have a certain name or anything will do?

Please people if you have anything! ANYTHING that you would like to see on Domus just suggest it! I want it to be as complete as possible

Pitklad:
For the inj chanels anything will work like MIC_01 , MIC_02, etc or INJ_01 , INJ_02 just put in the read me the name you used and how many you did, Poser little helper makes the files you need for INJ/REM poses after making the full body morph in a modeling aplication, it's very easy to use and save a lot of time, so for the same reason it's a great idea to have only one geometry for the hip . I like the feet stoking morph. Just hope not to have with him the problems I have with Nea V2 in Daz Studio.
Thank you.

Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
Thanks Pitklad, the morphs are perfect, works good in poser but don't load in Daz Studio, some creatures morphs would be great, like body alien or ork or a humpback (is this the correct word? ) maybe a mucled full body morph and a more anime body shape and face morph, a no ears, a no nose, and a no mouth morph... just sugestions I don't know if they are posible .
About Nea V2 UVs in Daz Studio: I post here some pictures of the problem, can you see the cracks in some groups divitions specially in the neck and in the hip?, as you can see that problem doesn't exist in Nea P4, it happend in all light conditions and with all textures and materials, one is a render using IBL AO and the other is the OpenGL viewport.

Thanks again for your work!!!

Hello eveyone!
Here are some more previews
An alien full body morph and a monkey head morph
Now I still have to do the Ork head morph, there is already an ork nose morph
As for the humpback... I googled the word and it gives me whales
Also I made a try for no ears, mouth or nose but it looks pretty hard... Maybe I'll try again at the end
Also if you have an image of a specific morph you would like show it

more to come soon

Fantastic morphs, specially the alien one, can't wait to use it, thank you for your consideration
please don't forget the anime morph, I allways wanted a low poly Hiro I have some old morph from japanese sites but no one that good and besides all are only head morphs not body.
About the humback, probably it's not the right word, my english dictionary is not very clear about it, in spanish we say JOROBA probably in your lenguage sound similar, anyway I attatch a picture hope it help.
About the no ears no nose and no mouth morphs, I was able to do the no ears and the no nose easylly with Zbrush but the no mouth is very hard that's why I asked it
Thanks a lot for your great work

rayera there is already an upper back body morph that when making it 2 it can look as the image...
However there should be more posing and still it can't look exactly like your image...
I made a try for no nose morph and the best I could do is in the image
If you would like to share your morphs I would be very happy to include them on Domus

Of course Pitklad, I made the morphs as a test on standard P4 male, but just tell me if it's OK or I should do them on the Domus head you provided for testing

Nope you don't have to make it for Domus any Dork morphs will work fine.
I have worked more on the head so the head on the beta version isn't the final
I would be very glad to include those morphs or any other morph anyone has made for Dork to Domus as soon as it looks ok with th new shape

Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
OK here is the No ears and No nose morphs, they work fine with the standard P4male but not that good with the Domus morph on, maybe you Pitklad can fix it
The picture show the allmost no mouth morph too, I think it looks good but is not a no mouth at all.

rayera you are right!
The morphs look weird on Domus... I hoped at least for the ear one but even that doesn't work...
I also use Zbrush but I couldn't come even close to your results... Which tool did you used?
Especially the ear morphs completely unwraps it... How can you do that
I it isn't to complicated or a secret could you tell?

rayera [ Thursday, 25 January 2007, 07:50 PM ]
Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
You'll end with it, you'll see a little bulge in the midle of the ear zone, too many vertices has gone to point

Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
With the move tool stretch the vertices out
rayera [ Thursday, 25 January 2007, 07:59 PM ]
Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
And smooth again with the Draw tool selectod with the SHIFT key using little touches, probably you'll need to use Draw tool with ALT key (Zsub) with a small z intensity value too

I'm shure you allready know it but the P4 figures are not quite simetrical, so the x symetry transform will not allways be a full help and maybe you'll ned to do some touches with it tourned off in the end.
Hope I've been clear enough

Wow!!!
Yhank you so much for the tutorial!
You are great!
some questions :
What difference makes the shift key? What is the difference of the blue color?
And also how you made Zbrush look so sharp... my always gets blurry when I zoom on my obj
Is there any option to make the wireframe look more clear?
rayera [ Thursday, 25 January 2007, 09:05 PM ]
Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
The Shift key put the Draw tool in smooth mode, its very versatile since you don't have to tourn it on on the menu and after use it tourn it off again in the menu like tha ALT key for Z sub the oposite of the draw tool, just release the key and you are in draw mode again, very fast, the blue cursos, I think is just the visual feed back to show you it's in smooth mode
To Zoom in and out don't zoom the document, zoom the object, the shortcut key is: ALT + click on an empty space of the document, release ALT then drag up and down, don't be afraid the geometry of your object won't be scaled
Hope it help you, and I'm not great just tall (1.95 m, 80 kg)

Hi friends!
Sorry for joining in this late
I have been working with zBrush2 for creating morphs for Posette quite a while and am using a similar technique as rayera for smoothing down ( made a noNose for Posette some time ago and used it on my dino head for her excessively, both in our freebies). The only difference, I don't stretch the collapsed facets manually, I simply use the standard drawing tool to blow up this area again before the next smoothin steps, though I don't think it is possible to make the mouth disappear completely cos you cannot "close" the mesh. The geometry would have to be changed for this, and the morph would not work. In general I think you should use an already modified Domus head to create the morphs on and not the stock Dork for getting the best results.
Unfortunally, after reinstalling zBrush to my new computer I got some weeks ago,it refuses to accept my licence key , so i cannot work with this great program no more and have to learn an other modeller before joining in some serious morphing again I really miss it.
great work on the old boy, anyway! Can`t wait to see the results

Ahjah I've seen the no mouth morph in an old version of a character called Adam from Sixus1, So I thought it was posible, I must search in my bad catalogued old CDs and try to find him to see how it was done a hard tast believe me , but now that I think beter probabli the inner mouth coul be used to fill the hole I'll try it tomorrow, now it's late in this side of the world.
ahjah [ Friday, 26 January 2007, 07:43 AM ]
Post subject: Re: Anyone Interested On Domus Update?
I'm afraid, the inner mouth of Dork is a separate piece of mesh like the teeth and the lashes are, and not completely connected to the head mesh, but maybe it is possible to replace the lips via geometry switch similar to the one for the genitals
