Rayera, that would have been an interesting scene to have on our broadcast news.  From past similar stories though, I would assume that they would have censored the image so either she was pixelated or blurred out looking like a flesh colored ghostly image or covered with a black rectangle or even having her body removed from the scene so that she would have appeared as a decapitated head floating across the street.  Then after the news, they may have just as likely show; an episode of "NYPD Blue" with the rear view of someone entering a shower; or an episode of a crime show with nude cadaver on an autoposy table;

[b][if your are now or have reciently eaten; and you have a well developed imagination and visualising capability STOP READING NOW.][/b]  or during the time that used to be called the familiy viewing hour (8:00 P.M. aka 20:00) an ongoing situation on in the series "Navy NCIS" where as filler scenes the medical examiner and his assistanst are slowly (from episode to episode) reassembling several dismembered bodies who were found in metal drums and had been cut up into tiny little pieces.  Personal opiion: I wish they would either resolve that situation or drop it all together!  While the main story of most episodes are interesting, that on going situation with the images of people reduced to little bit of meat being reassembled like a jigsaw puzzle, is distubing.  And the humor they try to inject into the situation does nothing to help.  When those scenes come up, I find something else to do until the scene is over, before my dinner also comes up.
