After wrangling interface, I opened one of the dozen free plans, then exported it to OBJ format.

Took me several attempts to get into Poser, as I had the scale horribly wrong. Finally, managed it at 500%. 

This is not quite right, but I've found a '6 ft Scale' on a freebie site, will try again later...
