Every time I log on, and visit the forums, I see this repeating banner proclaiming that I'd won tha dphoadley2, I won the Loebner prize. What is this prize, and what does it entail?

The Loebner Prize is an annual Turing Test sponsored by New York philanthropist Hugh Loebner. Dr. Wallace and ALICE won The Loebner Prize in 2000. The ALICE program was ranked "most human computer" by the panel of judges.
