I was testing alternative textures and find it (second picture)

It is not intentional! A true accident!   

And am not seeing Voyager reprises!

Wow, the top image is scary I like the second one better

Not a perfect match for 7 of 9 but this is very much closer that than the results of the people who were infact trying to copy her look.

Yes, but the texture and hair make the face very different. Also in real life the same person with and without hair and makeup look very different
