Some people just don't care or think about other people's lives or property. It seems like this kind of generation thinks Mommy and Daddy can bail them out of everything. Know responsibility. In my day (gosh I need to quit this. ) AHEM! In my day if you did something like that you got the @#!$ beat out of you and your Father said "well, you had that coming!" You never made that attempt again. Something that needs to be brought back in life's practice.
