We should all make a small audio message and convert it to an wma file so that we could hear what each other sounds like. I dunno Den you sound like a Canadian.I have family up in Vancouver BC.I was born and raised in Detroit.I'm not sure what you mean when you said Audio File thinggy.But if this is what you mean I used Creative Sound Blaster and have a Midi sound module 1601 for the effects.Recorded in a wave file then made into wma at 64kbs.I chose to go to mono.I like to keep the sound natural and crisp.I used a 24 channel mixer to put down the tracks with the music and my voice.I may sound like a good ol boy to you but I don't go jumping hills with my car if that is what you mean. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> I do wish sometimes I had my northern voice back though.People here say I sound northern but northern say I sound southern. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_eh.gif" alt="" /> Go figure.I'm a half and half.A Heinze 57 if you will. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

If you have a Musicmatch player or a recorder first you have to step down your recorder to 22,050 PCM 8 bit mono that is 22kbs.It is what I used to bring in longer recording time to put out here.You have to convert the wave into a wma file.Musicmatch does this real well along with other software out on the net.I have an idea.If you don't have a mike try talking into your head set and plug it into the line input in the back of your sound card.Believe me it will work I have alot of no how on sound.Remember it has to be an wma and can't be over 400 kbs long or it will be rejected out here on the site.Make sure your line in or even your mike input in the back of the soundcard is turned on in your mixer on the computer.Have fun. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

As far as the 4 mb.Whooo!Then you are going to really have a Ga awful sound when you bring it down to 400 kbs. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_wall.gif" alt="" /> For people who have a cassette boom box, you can record your voice or vocal musical talent on the box and get a 1/8 stereo pin cable about 2 to 3 feet long to plug into your head phone jack on the box and adjust the volume to meet the needs of you recording it on the computer threw the sound cards line in or mic input jacks.You can get the cable at your nearest Den Tracy's Radio Shack for about 2 to 3 bucks.Hope any of that helps. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

WHAT!!! You want me to speak to my ears???? Oh now who's blonde here lol hahahh, I'll give it a shot after I get my usb hub my son's sending me for mom's day, that will be my excuse to pull my tower out of it's cabnit and get to the plugs. I've put the wav file of dahunt (Landman and his cousin Landgirl's plot to kidnap my shicken) into 8 wav files and they can be found in the clubhouse. He makes me laugh all the time with his cartoons, jokes and other stuff. I never know what will come out of his mouth next. I watched him while he made the latest one about the secretaries.
