I have just posted 3 tutorials for beginers and new users of Poser.

<br />
The Basics of Lighting
<br />
Navigating Your Runtime
<br />
<br />
These are very basic and should help you get started with some of the basic concepts. They are located you can find them in the forums included in "The Graphic Hobbyist" area.
