I need to know when it appeared, on what page an what you were doing and if it is still happening... Meanwhile I'll search for a solution, I had to un-cache some database queries because it caused errors but I need to know when this errors happens and where.

FWIW, it was going from PF front-page to forum: The SQL report popped up, then the rest of the page appeared as usual...
