Eyebrows
-----------------------------------
I doubt very much if i am the first or last person to ask this question or the last but how do i get rid of those awful great eyebrows on posette. Is there a morph target available. Also there is always light up the nose, is it possible to get rid of this.

Hi and welcome Paulben :D
Yes, there's a fix for Posette's big eyebrows. Stahlratte managed to smooth down the brows without too much UV damage.
The morph is in our freebie section ;) just do a search...
About the nose, there had been several attempts on fixing this issue. I personally simply use a scaled down Poser sphere.
(Z-scale ~ 1%, X as needed ), and setting the material to black (highlight, ambient and reflection) and semi-transparent.
Hope this helps...

A scaled down Poser sphere ought to work.

I've been looking through loads of tutorials lately, and regarding the nose issue there's a great solution at the drgeep tutorial site called "Pretty Posette" (sorry, forum prevented me from inserting the address).

While I'm thinking about it. I was looking for some good eye lash trans maps in the free stuff and noticed there aren't any. Anyone know where I can get some of these or maybe I will have to grow them in the hair program in Poser. :D

here's a tutorial I found on The Art Door. It talks about eye texs then goes onto transmaps for lashes. Very impressive! I might try some for hair, lashes and brows. http://theartdoor.com/modules.php?name=Forums2&file=viewtopic&t=871

Go over to Rendo's Freestuff area and search for "Real Lashes" - that's a conforming figure for eihter V2, V3 or S1. I use the V2 one all the time on Posette. You need to parent them to the head and with the included lash morphs can adjust them to your morphs. And of course you must make Posette's lashes invisible.

These are beautiful lashes and let Posy shine, especially in close-ups. Look at my pics [url=http://www.posetteforever.com/winter-kiss-sp4913-full.html]Winter Kiss or [url=http://www.posetteforever.com/biker-girl-sp4866-full.html]Biker Girl to see them in action.

Re: Eyebrows

For tda42 with the eyelash thing, if you don't want to use extra props in your scene another option would be some of the free Posette textures at [url=http://www.nodsworld.co.uk]Nod's World that have lash transmaps right on the texture map. Just set the object color for the lash to black, transparency max to 100, and use the texture map as a transmap. There are varying degrees of quality, but the best lash transmap I found is on a texture called "Ashleytex" on the above site, about three or four pages back into the textures area. Whenever I make a new texture for Posette I just cut and paste the lash area off the Ashley texture map onto my new texture.
