Fixed a little and very old problem with usergroups

Hi friends, maybe you've received some emails regarding being or not in the moderator group :redface:

Nothing has changed, it's only that I worked on an old problem with the forum groups which caused some messes because there were different users with the same group number. It's a dull technical thing but I was unable for example to set up Posy as moderator of a forum because doing it another user became moderator at the same time. So I had to delete all groups and use a tool to recreate them, then I had to set all the permissions and moderators of the forums and the album, it's why you probably received the emails.

As usual I may have forgotten something or something can be wrong, so please tell me if something strange ha happened  :oops:
