Too many "artists" and I use the term loosely, have no clue what to do with anything, because they are plain and simple... not artists. Making pictures can be done by anyone. Pushing a mouse around and using a piece of software doesn't make you an artist. Artists have visions. Software users, don't... I intend to use Sara in my online comix and she is more than welcome as another "abandoned character" in my group of characters... Davide: pbnj uses Sara, while we use our P4's. Mayadoll is a free character and has good points expecially in the joints. I see Paul Mon's Cyber woman and I think she is human-like and fantastic ! In conclusion I think that with the right work with morphs Mayadoll could look like a woman. She has also a large number of polygons in the head and they could be used for good shapes.
