Posette morphs and joints....where

I am looking for a couple of things that I can't for the life of me locate again!!! ](*,)  ](*,) 

One is the morphs for her legs to get rid of those muscles.

Two - there was a site I had come across to fix/adjust the bend joints in the thigh/buttocks to make them smoother/more realistic.

If anyone knows the answers to these questions I would be very grateful! I could probably do all this myself but feel if someone has already done it why duplicate the efforts.
