Making morphs in ZBrush2 (aaaaa!!!!!!)

I'm working with ZBrush for a half year , and I still have only 10-11 morphs made with the program. I downloaded the "Import Export" script long time ago and when I export the morphs into poser they look just bashed. If I make the morphs without using the script I get the same result.  #-o I tried to flip the normals and...the same thing. Wat's wrong with ZBrush?
By the way I'm using Windows XP and when I downloaded te morphmaster I saw this "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. " It's an *exe file I mean the PC version. Why I can't open it?
