Well I shaw a post at renderosity about how to do it and I tried it on an old Dork character, then I remember that this character had some head morphs so I desided to share it!

Then after all the good words people said for Domus I got the energy to make it even better!

Now I'm working on his UVS for the default mapping there are some things I want to improve plus add some material zones...

I only wish I had UV mapper 3 I would do all those things in a minute!

anyway I have to do everything by hand now!

I'll post some WIP the next days!
