Z brush has a very strange interface and I believe it has many posibilities that I haven't discovered yet! StoneManson use it for Displacement maps and  If you see his work is fantastic!

I use it inly for poser morphs and it very easy! like having a magnet on your mouse and moving/scaling areas with it!
