Ok by giving this careful thought we have to look at this as a whole. Seeing how this is a 
site that can be accessed anywhere in the world it should have rules. It's not like you are calling a porn hotline and paying for the service of hearing all the garb. Another thing is the respect of other countries that see nude as either art or porn. Number one rule in no way what so ever a child should or will be put in a sexual theme or manner. A person under the age of 16 should not be aloud to post nudity. Other countries should be brought in this as the site itself is look at threw various countries. So with that a 16 and under should not be using nudity in any form seeing how it can get the site into hot water. Moving on to the next level. The poser is created in man and womens image. There for we assume it to be of use in likeness of ourselves. So Poser is a tool to make Porn as well as all the good things. We should handle this with extreme caution. To say no to an artist with a show of sexual nature should as follows. 1 Any kind of sex act. 2 Genital nudity. 3 Breast of female maybe used as the male has a role with his chest also. 4 If it is of statue art on a pedistal then it maybe used if it is with no sexual act of itself. 5 If it is of no skin texture and of metal or gold nature then maybe excepted. 6 No shadow of sexual or reflection of sexual conduct. The person must read and sign that he or she understands that this is a free site and children do see this site now and then. If it comes to this then we may have to put a nudity note where the pictures thunbnail is and that it can't be accessed without permission of e-mail verifying that they are of age or that they are at risk of such nature and the art might offend which is their responsiblity. Which will leave the site free from all this and if a complaint comes, it will be there fault for not reading the thumbnail that there was a nude or violent content in the picture they have veiwed. All this could be complex, but maybe the only and easiest way would be adding a check box to say if it has nudity or violance and automaticly will post a thumbnail to tell of that nature. If it is of violence or nudity then let the Mods have there way with them if it falls to harsh under the rules. Let them know that their art is good but it is not the kind of theme this site supports and advise them nicely to post it on another site or tone it down a bit. If it is of child nature and it is obvious of the entent then band them from the site. I hope this in some way helps or gives an idea to help.  :)
