I think this thing is getting a bit exagerated, the image didn't breake any of the old rules when it was posted and it doesn't breake any of the new rules:

Do not post, upload, or link to images that contain: 
A. Excessive gore  - nope
B. Actual or implied sexual acts  - nope
C. Lewd or excessively lascivious actions or displays  - nope ( no actions be´cause he's just standing there, no displays because we don't see anything)

D. Photographs of real people containing nudity - nope
E. Anything that you do not own the copyright of  - nope
F. Other styles or content that you have been instructed by any staff member of Posetteforever to cease providing.  - nope

This is an image of a man with a nude torso standing in front of a wall. We see a shadow next to him that we think is funny because we know what the man in the pic want us to think.  I honestly  don't understand what it is that some can find sexual or against the rules in this pic.
