I would say that the best catagory for this texture is the one that is named "Texture maps for clothing".  :whistle:  :whistle:  :whistle: 

For your origianl question, I don't know of such a hybrid model; however, there is a new Posette head and V2 body hybrid.  Her name is Valeri P4, the details can be found here: http://posetteforever.com/viewtopic.php?t=1890

One that I would like to find is a Poser 4 Posette remapped to accept V3/M3/SP3 etc texture maps.
