I found a better solution  :grin: :

Only users with at least 5 posts in the forum (Cellies group) can upload files in the free stuff page and pictures in the album. However, if an users want to upload without having 5 posts he or she can contact me and I'll put him/her in the cellies group manually. I've already put scrolling messages in the fee stuff page and in the album. I think this is the right solution, it won't affect anyone, the new users can be checked nad if they want to upload bad things they simply can't :grin:
