Posette: Twisting Neck Problem!

Hi Folks 

Although I'm not new to this site this is my first post. 

I love the things I've found here to make posette better. From the JPconverter to someones fix on the annoying muscles in her thighs. She's looking great! 

EXCEPT! (You knew there was an except) When I want her to twist her neck. When I do this a large bulge appears in the shoulder area. This does not happen with the dork character. 

Does anyone know of a fix for this? 

Any help would be appreciated
