MoRe: Big Bad Bugs...
-----------------------------------
Posette welcomed the chance to test-drive an ESA prototype Mars Marcher.---

This began as a free 'Walker.3DS' from Eric Saltel's huge archive. After a while, I hacked off the head / turret in Draw3D and re-saved body, which also reduced the number of group / colour sections from ~95 to one (1).

The flight seat was a Renderosity freebie, scaled to suit Posette rather than a space-suited super-hero. Several scaled Poser-prop cylinders made a nice base. I tried a Poser-props ball as a canopy, but it did not look right. Back to Eric Saltel's archive for some 'soccer' balls. I found one where the bevels were coloured / grouped seperately to the faces, set the latter translucent. Still, it did not look quite right. Then I thought to reinstate the Poser ball, with a slightly smaller diameter to create 'double glazing'. Gotcha !!
