Staale Loseth made a character for Posette called the BodyMorpher.
This file contains lots of head and body morphs, also the ones you're looking for. Actually it is made for an altered Posette with other mapping and other geometries. To work with the original Posette you'll need to download the DazStudio(!) version BM1mk3-4DS :D

This morphs are all in one cr2 file. To copy them to your favourite Posette character, a little application, Morph Manager is very handy. You can get it besides other utilities at http://www.morphography.uk.vu/utilities.html
