Hey, thanks for the compliments.  The grunge technique is proving more challenging than I thought.  I think where I'm running into problems is that I have an old laptop computer with crappy LCD screen.  When I made the image a little darker, I was leaning close to the screen and moving my head up and down to try to see what I was doing.  I'm literally working blind.  Since I can't afford to get a CRT screen right now, I wonder if a monitor calibration  utility might help? :dash:
