As long as it's just a PZ3 by the original author and no third party work (i.e. geometries etc.) involved, it should be safe to share. Otherwise Mr. Burton would have mentioned it back then.
Just upload it, if possible the original archive including the readme. I'll check it, and, if in doubt, I'll simply take it down again :mmmh:
