Creepy story Den, I think that Ozy had any of these experiences  :whistle: ... I have a little experience in negotiation when sometimes I have a drunk man or worse on the bus I drive, but I'm not a very calm person (the last time I had to call 3 ambulances, 2 for the drunk guys and 1 for me).
