Free Stuff page major upgrade

Hi friends  :heartbeat: !
I just installed the new version of our free stuff page. Nothing is changed for who downloads...

For our artists/developers who upload their works things will be easier:

-All categories are now visible (fixed the error  :oops: )
-The files don't need approval.

The "approval" was mandatory in the past version, now I can set it on or off and because we're a little friendly  :heartbeat: community I think we can trust each other. In any case if you see something wrong please contact Ahjah who is the administrator of the free stuff page or the global admins: Den Tracy or Ozymandias Jones...
