I'm happy that you found out what the problem was:) I have adaware too and it's great. I also have something called spyboot ( you can download it for free on the net). It also searches for spy programs, but there is a difference between the two programs.... that i don't remember. I searcch for different files any way. For example if have have run adaware and it found x spyfiles and i after that run spyboot, it will find spyfiles that adaware didn't and viceversa.  Just a tip :)
