Hmm...the cloth is suppost to be stiff, I used a new procduct called "Gnome" glue on it...works great, just take 3 Gnome's add boiling water and stir
She's not floating, cause there isn't a ground plan ( or maybe it's the light feeling you get from sniffing all that Gnome Glue!)
