Sorry I can't help you with the Ripple effects, but I will say the splashes and dropplets of water you've added certainly improve this image.

Look really nice, I love the splashes. One thing I did notice is how she looks like she's been pasted into the water. When I do a water scene like this, I use the clone on photoshop and adjust the setting to about 50 % so it's not too dark and just clone some of the water onto the person to give it more of an effect that she's in the water and also that it's surrounding her. Anyways, that's just an idea.
