I like the cartoony presentation on this image, it looks good visuallly and also fits the retro/pulp context of the subject matter. The doctor character looks good as well.

You're probably already aware given your Trek interests, but there's an old forum with lots of Trek freebies at http://www.xcalpro.com/tng/index.php . Apparently they're closing down soon , so you may want to check and see if there are any props you don't already have.

Yeah, well, the cartoony look is fruit of the exasperation of having to deal with the lights never looking right in this scene and trying to fix it on postwork. Ferrier is the first original character for this, until now the others have been rescued from a failed comic Star Trek comic that I tried more than a decade ago.

I know about Xcalpro, have already secured the freebies so they aren't lost.
