I dont think so, it looks like some parts of the head ar in the neck... You shoudl try with a fresh installation

Poser 6 and Poser 5 also had this issue with this figure, so it is the figure, not SR2.

I have alerted the Content Team. I am sure someone will take a look at it, but being it went this long, it is either a bad installer that was included in all three versions (CR2) or no one noticed it. (I wonder if Bending the Neck, instead of the head would resolve it.)

This is strange, can you tell me what figures have this problems ? only Posette? I knew this happened with Daz's Studio.

I wanted to use the render from Poser 7 for my animation movie. But because of mistake only with Posette chin, I was have to return on Poser 4 Pro.

I don't have Poser 7.   I might get it one day. Like when Poser 10 is out.
