I'm having the same result with this head setting in Poser6
I fixed this opening the Joint Editor and moving the complete bending zones for side-side action down towards the neck

I think you can share the pose Andreas, it should contain the new position of the joint

The joints are not saved with a pose file by default, I'm afraid.
So I had to do it manually using a text editor.
I hope, it works as expected

Thank you Andreas, however i remember that the jpconverter poses moved the Joints so I thought...

Yes Davide, you can store joint information in a pose file, but Poser doesn't do it by default AFAIK.
I made me an empty pose file some time ago to copy the related channels from a character file to, manually
