One suggestion to the interviews:
Everyone has a personal album in the gallery. If someone browse through
a personal gallery of one of the artists here, than i think, it would be great,
to place a link to the interview in the first site/Top or so in his/her personal
gallery - so visitors can watch the pics AND can directly go to an interview,
if they want to learn more.

Poor Tormie The Bus Driver. :bigrinnin: Is there away you can cap off the part of that album for the artist to create thier own personal place complete with a spot for thier picure, Bio, Family if they choose as well have the artist build a file themselves with some online tools and when you click it it goes to a web page of that person and let them be the house keeper of thier own web page of there art and work? That would be the way I would do it. If the artist wants you have a page already to go, They request it. You give them access. They have a password for access to modify
what ever they like about thier piece of the room. Just an idea or to get things going for ideas. :)

Or perhaps, let's turn these idea's around. Disregard all the previous comments about the interviews and leave them where they are. Just alter the format of the initial message in their threads.

What I am picturing here is having in the initial introduction section of the interview contain: a link to the personal album of the person being interviewed using the URL tag; an inlined photograph of the person, if he or she has one in the album (or has provided you with an offsite URL for one) using the IMG tag; a link or links to the person's own website or websites; and a copy of a the persons's work that he or she woud like to have at that location, once again using and using the IMG tag and an image in the album; and perhaps a link to the person's membership information page. If the full size pictures are too big and clumsy for the format of the interview, use the url of the thumbnail of the images in the IMG tag.

This is an example of inlining a thumbnail from the albums and my avatar:
