Trouble upploading freebie

I've been trying to upload a character for Posette (named Mona after my mum cause she looks a little bit like her:)). The zip is 414 kb and when i try to upload it i get the messege that the file is too big.

I had the same problem with my Alien Pack but I could divide it in parts!

I think, you can mail it to Tormie, he can upload via ftp without restrictions
  (he´s the boss)

Mona looks just too pretty, if your mum looked like this, I wonder how you do

Yes, the upload limit is 400 kb, anyway, send me the package and I'll use something like winrar or I'll place it on a space I own but that I'm not using of my ISP here in Italy and then link it to the download page
