Post Bringing In The Harvest...

Um, I've again collected relevant and/or interesting freebies, utils, tuts, Wings3D etc etc from Renderosity, rDNA and nested links, plus I've unearthed a heap of downloads from my previous work, including a cache of old P3/P4 and 3DS freebies on a forgotten slide-mount drive...

Just ported resulting 1.57 Gb (still zipped !!) down USB soap-on-rope from this Browser_PC to the twin-head CAD_PC...

---

Okay, New Year, I gotta start learning how to craft mesh and build heirarchy...

Um, anyone done anything on 're-jointing' other characters' clothes for Posette ?? Struck me that eg Aiko resembles an adolescent Posette, and Objaction Mover still has uses...

Anyway, that's for after I do some basic stuff !!

Post Soap On A Rope...

Well, Posy, having a stand-alone CAD_PC means I don't cripple my *serious* computer with firewall, virus-checker, network card interrupts, e-mail, codecs etc etc...

Bit like over-clocking without the burn-out...

Hmm, if anyone had told me back in 1979 that in three decades I'd be gossiping with a cute AI...

Ha !! I'd probably have laughed and asked, "Why so long ??"

D'uh, there's no Lunar Base, no Manned Mars, no SSTO, no Fusion power, and we *still* have the Common Cold--
[ FX: A-- A-- A-- Ah-PFFFAWWW !! Mutter, grumble, snifff... ]

Still, back in 1979, by trouncing local Insurance rep *and* his regional manager with chess program 'Sargon', I convinced them my expensive Apple][ Europlus 48kb was NOT a 'Toy' games console, NOR 'Business Equipment', but fell into the hallowed 'HiFi, Photographic & Astronomy (etc)' category...

Irony is how remarkably prescient that was-- And wasn't !!

What would make you probably have laughed and asked Why so long? Then what is it?

We didn't go to Mars but we've Posy   at least ... You're lucky Nik, I've 33,3 GB of Poser Stuff on the HD... I had to buy an external one to put them into... And I'm lost there... I've lost control of that directory...
About re-jointing, as far as I know a lot of us are using the crossdresser   for a simple port of dresses to Posette. I had some good result, the resulting character is easier to manage...
