This thread is 2 years old so it's "normal" that some external site no longer exist... This is the reason why some of our freebies disappears . In the future we'll accept only freebies uploaded on PF and no external links for our free stuff page...

However, the 403 error is a "forbidden" error, the page still exist, you've simply to press the "update" button on your browser when you're there, this is because the author of that site prohibits the direct linking to their upload page... you can find the same error if you try to access posetteforever from sites that are on our black list, like anonymizers...
