Click "Start" then "Run", paste this:

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

click ok and enjoy

or open a DOS windows and type the same command

other OS users the same, I don't know how you can reach the telnet command but the result should be the same just

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl
