This site is great for file extension identification but if you're in a rush then it's a
Powerpoint file.

Paul is correct it's a Microsoft PowerPoint file.

You can get a free viewer from Microsofts site if you do not have Powerpoint installed on your machine.

Ahem it is a  Pyramid encoded TIFF : Bitmap graphics. Yes power point will open it because I have and use Power Point. Hope this helps.
