My friend's cousin's daughter as been kidnapped by her father. She has been taken to another country (normaly she lives in sweden), it is not known what country she has been taken to. She was kidnapped by her father in june and he is now wanted by interpol.

The Interpol send a warning to Brazilian Authorities. I checked I am a federal inspector. If they try to enter in the country will be withheld and the Swedish authorities will be informed.  But it is public that Brazilian Authorities automatically extradite warning criminals to countries were not have capital punishment since 1998. It is not probable that they run away for here
