Hi Rene, thanks for letting us know how you are doing. My dad got too, and manage it by diet and sports (for 20 years) now he also takes insulin. I hope you never get that far, but if you do he says it'd not that bad.

Glad to hear you are better GP, I recomend you the bicycle for you photographic trips, it will take you far away is  fun, a cup of year ago for a health matter I took the desition to go to work in this way and the true is I enjoy it a lot, yes, I know you will tell me that may be dangerous as I told about my accident, but I think you wont drive by the city trafic
