I'm sorry but I'm bored of these spammers so I turned on the admin approval for new users, it means that new users will have to wait for my approval before entering the site as registered members.
The rate of these spammers has increased a lot, I found easier to check the email address and the IP of the people that want to come in instead of cleaning the site from their crap.

In the periods when I won't be home I'll turned this thing off, and maybe I could give to some of us access to the page where one can activate users, but before doing it, I will have to write a tutorial on how to check if an user is a known spammer   , even if what I do is to check on google the IP and email address and see if they are in a blacklist somewhere or if they subscribe to a lot of different forum: I mean that if someone register to a recipes forum, a cars forum and PF I would suspect that there is something wrong   ...
