Posette is the nickname of the stock female figure that comes with Poser since version 3. Slightly upgraded with Poser4 it comes with every Poser version since then. So, if you have Poser 3++ you have Posette, "P4 nude woman", hi res. :D
She is not avaliable standalone.

Ahjah said it all, I only add that int he latest versions of Poser she comes with a separate package that has to be downloaded for free...
