nselect UNIVERSE and then all items and bodyparts in the scene will be unselected now select just the head (it would be a good idea go back to this point after saving the head and do it again selecting one by one all body parts but the fingers and the eyes, or maybe you want to include them in a full body morph but usually they are not used) press click on Ok

Here select "Include body part names in poligon groups" and "As morph target (no world transformation)" the first option is very important mainly in full body morphs, finished in Poser lets go back to Blender

As you can see the head is too much small to work with it, so lets see how to navegate in Blender 3D space:
let's see the basics needed (allways with the pointer inside the 3D window:
ZOOM: Spin the midle wheel to zoom in and out (or hold CTRL key hold Midle mouse button (MMB) and mope up and down)
ROTATE: Hold MMB and drag arround.
PAN: Hold Shift hold MMB and drag.

Using this controls get as closer as posible to the face, for a more confortable view go to view in the 3D view options select view properties... change the Lens: to 120 and close this small window; now this would be a good idea to save this scene for further uses, just go to file/Save as... (or press F2 key) and save this scene.

Select the head in the Outliner tree, if it does not select, just select the lamp and then the head (this is a bug of the last version I think) go to the mode menu and select Sculpt Mode) click on Set smooth in the Link & Materials Panel to see the head in smooth form

I won't say what is self explained in the sculpt panel, just keep the pointer some second over a button and you'll get a short and clear help, just some tips: in most cases you'll want to work with symmetry on on the X axis and disable the Transform manipulator.

Once your morph is finished then let's save it: go to File/Export/Wavefront(obj)...
