its probably some sort of hex code for an Apostrophe,


try holding down the alt key and typing 4 digits on your keypad I.E alt+0189 will give you the character ½. alt+0190 will give you ¾ and stuff. however alt+8217 gives you a ↓ and i have no idea what it is.....

It looks like something about xml code, but searching on the net I found the same kind of errors... In any case I checked and optimized the php database tables of the forum, just in case....
